Nothing Like The Original

I got my first professional camera in Korea. Before then, I used my phone to take pictures and this is by far one of the best ones I took. I learned to edit pretty quickly and I understood that raw files are better than their JPG counterparts. I set my phone to save photos in RAW and JPG. Thus if I needed to send pictures unedited, I can send the JPG and use the RAW in my editing. This picture took an hour or so as I was learning and testing a lot of new things. I tried to go for that futuristic Tokyo vibe and I think I nailed it.

This picture tested my understanding of photography as a whole and required me to learn new techniques like colour filters and masks.
